from what I have seen of those pedal straps there is usually a way to thread them thru your pedals to make them work.

my ultimate suggestion would be to not waste your money on those things though, as they can be frustrating to get you feet into. my personal recommendation would be buy a pair of cycling shoes with a rubber sole and cutouts for cleats. this way you can keep your regular pedals, and have some of the advantage of a stiffer soled shoe and if you are ever ready, you can go clipless.
