To put it in perspective.
At 22, Brodie still played most of his games in the AHL and was not a full time NHLer yet.
At 22, Giordano was in the AHL, still 2 years away from his Moscow stint to improve his game.
Hamilton also is only one year older than Seth Jones, and Seth Jones would need over 40 points next year to even match Hamilton's current point total at 22.
Some people just don't realize how much of a coup it was to get Hamilton for so cheap.
