I don't think they're outlandish. Iggy for Wideman is a trade that would make sense for both teams. Iggy could put up 25-25, especially with Johnny PP time.
Ferland could breakout and score 20. Bouma had 16 the other year. Jooris had 12.
Reimer had a .918 save % on a garbage Leags team. .920 with he Flames D isn't outlandish.
The Poirier one is a stretch but he's got talent.
