Vancouver? Pass, nothing that immediately springs into my mind.

We've got Telus Sky in the ground and almost at ground level, I'd argue once complete it will be one of the most unique buildings in Canada. Come to think of it the same developer has one like it going up in Vancouver too, so Vancouver would make my list at that point.

Both The Bow and Brookfield are right at that height where to go taller you'll need more elevators, which eats into leasable square footage and thus profits. So in our boom and bust cycles that's why you see so many twins built versus just a few taller buildings.
