Should it not be similar for Neocitran and Percocet? People take all kinds of legal drugs that impair their ability to drive motor vehicles. It's impractical and unnecessary to set up roadside tests for all of them.

Most workplaces already have policies around alcohol use. I'm sure pot would be covered by the same policies. Pot would also be covered by smoking regulations. Sorry, I don't see any reason to expect an increase in people getting stoned at the workplace. Sure, they could get stoned before they go in to work. But it's not as though there's anything stopping them from doing that now.
