I actually think that may have been my second favourite episode, behind Optimal Tip-to-Tip Efficiency. There's a theory about the ending that's pretty awesome:

Meinertzhagen’s Haversack (the show title) was a military ruse as pointed out by Jared. He was a bit incorrect in his explanation however. It involved a British soldier purposefully dropping a bag (or haversack) full of fake documents.

Also, Richard is noticeably wearing knee pads when he gets off the elevator, and Erlich thanks the Japanese guy who's watering the tree with a watering can, but inexplicably watering with a hose in the end.
