They mention the other things but sea level rise is a major part of it. There is a general trade wind trend that is moving water to the are which in this case contributes to the rise but is not all of the rise. When liquid water heats it expands and when it cools contracts so you get differences in sea level from season to season and, well, day to day. Some places it the cooling will result in some drop and other areas in a rise. Because of this you normally see talk of the global average sea level....which is rising (warmer water on average, more liquid water from melting).
