So they say sea level is rising at 3 times the global average there. Could their not be other mechanisms that are making it worse, such as erosion or subsidence? Obviously that rate can't be sustained indefinitely, unless it is happening earlier there, and the global rate will increase to that rate. In which case I have to ask, what is the mechanism for that?
