Ha, I've driven a few Skodas in my life and they are great cars. They basically drive like their parent VW, often tend to have better reliability, and are more affordable. I've had the chance to drive that Fabia, and it has no problems cruising at 140 on the Autobahn, and had a ton of space inside.

As nice as the Fabia is, the one Skoda that I really want though is the Octavia wagon. Clean lines, lots of glass, and lots of space. If this thing (or the larger Superb) came to Canada, I'd get it in a heartbeat as the family car.



Back in the 80s, my family had a couple of these old Octavia Kombi's from the 60s. Skoda is actually one of the oldest car companies in existence.

Is Kombi a wagon in countries outside of Poland as well?
