Do we have the players to a possession game? IMO Yes. But I'm not sure which coach's philosophy best suits our players. That's what Treliving has to find - the right fit. Possession is not just 6'4 giants playing Kris-Russell-in-the-middle.

And to add another wrinkle, I have the impression Treliving was just as concerned on defensive possession as offensive. Defensive possession may may sound like an oxymoron (and perhaps someone will provide a better term), but I don't think he liked the passive defensive setup at all. I think he wants a coach that will be more aggressive in the defensive zone to quicken turnovers and restore possession.
