I don't think Treliving would hire a boom or bust coach. He's going to do his due diligence no matter which league he is hiring out of.
It's about hiring a coach who fits the profile, and restricting to experienced head chokes is a problem because you're pulling from such a small talent pool. We already know a guy like Carlyle doesn't fit the profile. Even a guy like Dineen, you can find reports of him getting tuned out in Florida so what's to say he's not boom or bust?
If he hires Green, he's going to pick Shinkaruk's brain on him.
If he hires Leaman, likewise with Jankowski and company.
