Some friends of mine are looking to set up a gaming marathon stream to raise money for Fort McMurray (speedrunners mostly, for those who care). We've done these with success in the past, but the interest is already growing beyond what one person's house can hold.

Does anyone know of a place that can hold 20-30 people for 2-3 days and has an excellent internet connection? The places we've looked at so far (community centers) are quoting pretty high rental rates where it's likely to cancel out a lot of the funds raised. If you know of a place with decent rates, or even if your local condo/apartment building has a rec room that can be rented out with good internet, that would be very helpful.
