Going by Craig Button has Brown in his top five, my guess is the Flames agree.

The 2016 Draft Spotlight tonight will feature one of the top ranked players in the Class of 2016; Logan Brown of the Windsor Spitfires. The 6'6 center also played for USA at the recent World U18s in Grand Forks.
