That's the risk you take. If he's Pat Roy next year, we don't have a chance at ever getting him.
Besides, Logan Brown... is he Colborne or Thornton?
Dubois... is he Connolly or Kopitar?
Tkachuk... is he Winnik or Steen?
Maybe those aren't the best examples of low end/high end but it was the best I could come up with in one minute, hopefully you get the point.
Draft picks, especially high ones, are really overrated but also really important. It's almost impossible to talk about trading them. Murray is just as much of a risk as whoever we will pick at 6. Actually I'd argue he's less of one and 6 OA wouldn't be enough for that reason.
