It's interesting that the Flames apparently already have an offer on the table. Whichever hiring "processes" the Flames have, they must be very fast. Treliving didn't give the impression that a decision would be made quickly.
Dater is making it sound like Ottawa doesn't want Boudreau to the same extent that Calgary and Minnesota do. He's giving the impression that Calgary and Minnesota have both made up their minds.
Are they already in a bidding war?
