And he very well could be. Brown has a good eye for making passes. He has a lot of tools, similar to Monahan, none of them is truly elite, but they are all pretty good. It depends largely on how skilled he is in utilizing his skills. Monahan's hockey IQ is his best skill and he has been able to maximize his skills, translating that into back to back 60+ point seasons. If Brown's hockey IQ is similarly good, then he could be very dangerous at the NHL level.
