I look forward to a team that a) plays more physically, and b) stands up for each other.
And that doesn't just mean bigger, meaner players, it also means a different coaching philosophy and demanding a grittier style of play.
I have absolutely no doubt that whoever they hire as the new coach will not tolerate a lack of response and sticking up for each other.
