Exactly. They can't just wave a wand and make people grow.
You can't make players sign here.
You can't just made trades happen.
You take the best available option, you don't go long term as to not impair future choices that align more with the overall vision, and you live.
Everything done by Treliving has been a carefully well thought out plan. Sometimes things don't work, so is life.
The majority of things did workout, and better options are becoming available. Better options will result in better results personnel wise.
