All for Sutter but that's a long shot. Fully agree with Huntingwhale regarding BB.

Eakins I can maybe see as an assistant. He was hot on many teams lists as an assistant, which prompted Lowe, who usually takes cues from what may get home the most personal PR, to make "Bold Moves" and hire him as a headcoach, and with a bunch of no-confidence losers that Todd McClellan can't coach two years later.

Eakins will be back in the league at some point soon. Probably Krueger too if he wants to move away from English Football.

Not sure on Dineen.Got the Hockey Canada connections (coach the Women's Olympic team when the players revolted over Wickenheiser) going which is fine (save Nicholson) but just not sure if that's the move to make.

I think there needs to be a recent history of success in the NHL that the coach can point to (whether he was an assistant or head coach). A lot easier to get your message across when you have that success to back up your credentials. Hartley (and Keenan before him) had thier last successes a full decade before they got hired by the Flames.
