A bunch of Bob McKenzie tweets on the subject of coaching market:

A few thoughts on the NHL coaching market that is heating up now that CGY has joined OTT and ANA and possibly MIN in looking for new HC.
One gets very strong sense that, given ANA's and OTT's specific situations, successful candidate likely to have NHL head-coaching experience
I'm not as convinced that prerequisite is absolutely essential in CGY, that Flames may, and I say may, be more open to 1st time NHL HC.
MIN's vacancy isn't yet official - interim John Torchetti still waiting to hear - but
@DarrenDreger reported MIN GM Chuck Fletcher...
...is in California today, believed to be talking to Bruce Boudreau. Maybe Randy Carlyle, too? MIN obviously considering outside option(s).
As
@SunGarrioch reported, OTT has asked ANA for permission to talk to Boudreau, too, and that is expected to happen in the near future.
As near as I can tell, OTT has interviewed/will interview: Mike Yeo, Marc Crawford, Guy Boucher, Randy Carlyle, Benoit Groulx, Kevin Dineen.
There may well be others OTT has interviewed or will interview, such as Boudreau. In any case, coaching carousel is now speeding up.
One guy who is extremely well thought of in NHL coaching circles is LA associate HC John Stevens. I'm not convinced LA would let him go.
