The last couple of days I have noticed a large amount of wasps in my home (even with all doors/windows closed.

When I got home from work yesterday there was about 30 large wasps crawling on floor in basement (where it was dark) so they were all dazed. About 2hrs later there was another 10-15.

On the main floor the same corner is always buzzing with 5-10 trying to get out the glass window.

I have made sure that all vents are closed and they still seem to be sneaking in.
Have only been in the home for 1 year so unsure if this has been a problem in the past (was not last summer).

There looks to be an old chimney (its an older home) that has been replaced sometime in the past with 2 electric fireplaces. Could they somehow be sneaking in through there as this is in the same corner that most seem to be hanging out.

There is also a constant swarm at the front door area (same corner-ish).

I have tried to put a few of the water bottle w beer traps outside near the swarm and none want to go for a drink.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions, or recommendations on someone to call?
