"Saddled with Backstrom"? I think the Flames can overcome that.
I am not as big a fan of Treliving of many on here but even a cynic like me can see the good things he has done and the effort he has put in. I think he has made some small/medium mistakes and as he appears to be an extremely sharp guy, I bet he learns from them. He deserves much more time to build a contender.
