I think Rhett's point wasn't about how they handled it, it was the fact that a bunch of players DID IT in the first place show's that maybe Hartley had lost their respect (you show up for work on time and practice for leaders you respect theory). While it could be reaching, I'm not sure Duha was looking at it the same way Rhett was, and I think Rhett might get it better being an EX player. Duha talked about how Ovi did it too.........Ovi slept in and didn't set an alarm, very different behind making a consious decision the night before a practice to party so hard you might not make it or can't get through practice the next day.

That's how I interpreted it as well. Rhett was talking about the fact that it even happened in the first place, not how the team reacted after. It wasn't an accident, like Ovechkin missing an alarm.
