I think it has to go to McDavid because if you look at the stats, he clearly put up the most points...ok maybe not but he clearly helped his team the most....fine but he most definitely improved his team the most from last year....oh wait, PPG! McDavid had the most PPG even though he only played about half a season and likely wouldn't have kept up the pace and you discount that Pavel Zacha had 2 points in 1 game a s a rookie so technically he leads PPG for rookies...McDavid had the most points by any rookie drafted first overall this past year so he has to win it.
