Brilliant move to the highest vegan per capita location in Calgary. No one to boycott, since we all are PETA sympathizers that don't eat beef. Even the lattes are 100% organic almond milk.
Plus there is a dearth of suburban high priced, mediocre quality restaurants. Why travel to Vero or Wine Bar, when you can have both in a multi hundred seat format with more "accessible" dishes (think Saracha...ooh). Complete with "Beckham" the 19 yr old Sommelier and server, dude knows his Sharaz...
