Now we're getting somewhere - things seem like they're moving forward now, as opposed to just being recapped as in the premiere. Still an odd development or two, but only for nitpicky reasons. I'd rather focus on the positives:
- Bran, and the return of TreeTV
- More action and progress at the Wall
- Pretty decent scenes in King's Landing - both between Cersei and Tommen, and between Jamie and the High Septon
- Back to the Iron Islands? OK, let's see where this goes
- Arya seems like she's moving on to the intermediate class in assassin school
Very little time spent in Meereen or with the Dothraki. I think that helped make a positive impression on me as well.
