Simple Example: 7am-9am:
Course 1 consists of A and B,
Course 2 consists of C and A
9:30-11:30
Course 1 consists of B and C

12:00 - 2:00
Course 1 consists of C and A

Not quite that simple, as between 9:30 and 11:30 you'll have players from course C crossing to A, so you can't tee players off course A. And between 12:00 and 2:00 you'll have players crossing to C from B.
There are a few times per day when you can have two tees going, but most of the day you're down to one tee.
One example I've seen is:
Open to 10 AM - Course B-Course C
8 AM to 2 PM - Course A-Course B
12:30 PM to 6:30 PM - Course C-Course A
4:30 PM to closing - Course B- Course C
So the only times of day you have two tees running simultaneously are 8 AM to 10 AM, 12:30 PM to 2 PM, and 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
