I think I'd want to go to the past but then I think about their disgusting plumbing and it grosses me out..lol.
2) Would you rather have more time or more money?
Than now? Time.
I would pick money any day, and spend it like I only had today.
3) Would you rather have a rewind button or a pause button on your life?
Rewind. Obviously. Then you could just re-do things until they work. Although it's a bit of a cheat code.
I'd rather have pause for the good times- or to get more sleep lol
4) Would you rather be able to talk with the animals or speak all foreign languages?
Foreign languages.
I always wanted to know what my dog is thinking- plus it would be cool to find out what whales and seals are chatting about. 
5) Would you rather be without internet for a week, or without your phone?
Without the internet.
For me, phone. I need the internet to survive!
6) Would you rather be stuck on a broken ski lift or in a broken elevator?
Elevator. Ski lifts are cold.
I am so claustrophobic, stuck on an elevator/buried alive are my worst nightmares.
7) Would you rather spend the night in a luxury hotel room or camping surrounded by beautiful scenery?
Camping. A hotel is a bed.
I'd take the bed and the luxury any day.
8) Would you rather be too hot or too cold?
Too hot usually doesn't result in death, but it depends on the extremes. Slightly too cold is better than slightly too hot.
I'd rather be too cold- you can add layers, but too hot is just uncomfortable
9) Would you rather go without TV or beer/wine/alcohol the rest of your life? **If you don't drink, substitute the alcohol with junk food.
Alcohol. It'd probably be good for me.

10) Would you rather be able to breath underwater or fly through the air?
Fly, this one should be easy. For one thing, breathing underwater doesn't solve the bends, and scuba pretty much allows this anyway.
I think breathing underwater would be cool- planes allow you to fly anyway
