only $15/month more in heating. Another $20/month more in electricity. 4cents/liter more added to gas prices next year, another 6cents/liter more the year after. A little more for alchohol. But if you're low enough income you'll get a cheque half way through the year.

The ndp says it's revenue neutral so it will go back to albertans and subsidize wind and solar.
