Looking at the steps to become an Uber driver in Houston, it seems less onerous than Calgary's but apparently still too much for Uber.

This makes me wonder if Uber clearly thinks through their marketing and news releases. Without anybody else's help, they make show themselves in a very poor light at every opportunity.
