Like SCD said the big reason to take one of those guys in round one is that fifth year option. If a guy is a project that's a great thing.
There's been a lot of chatter around that if there's a QB left at 31 that SF likes then Denver swaps with their 38th pick and gets Kaep. Even if SF eats the money Denver wants them to it saves them money long term with the 5th year option.
