The more I read, the more I think Laine is going to be the best player from this class. Is his stock rising so much because he has played more than Matthews over the past few weeks so people are just going by what is freshest in their memory? Or is he really improving as the season goes on and impressing scouts that much more? Did he just catch fire at the best possible time? Either way, it sounds like he is going to be a good NHL player. Hopefully for the team that picks him (teams not from Edmonton or Vancouver), he'll be a star for a long time.
