I still believe that teams are built from the goalie out. Followed by defencemen than centres. The problem is that goalies take longer to develop and so are more of a gamble. Defencemen also take a little longer than forwards so having a good scouting system is needed.

Was looking at how they were acquired by the team that they are playing for currently - so if they were drafted top 8 and then were acquired as a trade or UFA they wouldn't have been included.
Seguin is also not included as a forward draft pick in the top 8 for this reason.
