If they switched for quality reasons, I'd be fine with it, but switching just for hippie reasons bugs me.
It will be interesting to see what this does to their quality. They were already paying extra so they could get first 'dibs' on the best quality of steak cuts, so lets see if these certified humane cuts are anywhere near as good. I prefer US steaks over Alberta steaks so this could still work out to be an improvement
