As a kid (20-30 years ago) we camped at Mt Kidd every May long. Everyone loved it.
Parents had a satellite tv lounge for playoff hockey.
Kids had river, playgrounds, outdoors.
Be aware, it's definitely not 'bare-bones' camping. There is a convenience store and other amenities.
