Or the people along 5th St SW (west side of Chinook mall) who insist on driving on the road when the bike path is right next to the street. Then drive along the centre of the lane but when they come to a light they head off to the side and slip past all the vehicles so they can get in front again (and hold everyone up again once it turns green).
