64(2), Mudguard not located as req'd $78
Got a ticket for it when I got pulled over 2 days after my plates expired like a dummy. The officer said it can be applied to all 4 wheels so you could get 4x$78 on a ticket.
That said he also admitted the reason he pulled me over in the first place was the plate, not the lack of mud flaps.

Yup. Just bought a truck and it didn't come stock with mud flaps, and yes it is technically a law I do believe. One of our hockey dad's got ticketed by CPS this winter because his new truck did not have them. Got it at the same time he was getting a speeding ticket so the cop didn't stop him just for the flaps but tacked it on while he was at it.
