I ate this for lunch nearly 4 days a week for 3-4 weeks one summer. I was lazy, it was cheap. I had a BBQ.
- Sliced bread (B)
- Butter slice (2x2 inches, just straight down that block of butter) on the inside of each slice of bread) (b)
- Kraft "cheese" x2 (c)
- Ham (H)
- Couple shakes of garlic salt

Thrown on a BBQ. Never came out soggy, but the inside did like oozing out at times. Too poor for tomato soup, so ketchup sufficed.
This leaves a lot of crap such as cheese and butter melt on a BBQ. But IMO, it was worth it.
