Regarding Jooris, I watched the AC Gaudreau highlights for 2014-15 (thanks!) the other day, and couldn't help but notice how often Jooris is set up our involved in a scoring play with Gaudreau. He really benefited breaking into the league last year. I think he earned the chance on his own, but really floated through because of a special linemate breaking into the league with him.
