I have no problem with people travelling to wherever they want, so long as they don't go begging the country to save their ass if they find themselves in hot water. If you want to task the risk of going to a place like NK then you are on your own. Not a single tax dollar should go into a rescue. The same goes for all these "extreme" athletes who decide to ski out of bounds in avalanche territory. Fund your own rescue mission if you find yourself stranded.
