I use 2 thick slices of sourdough bread with a couple of slices of Balderson Royal Canadian white cheddar cheese. In between those 2 slices of cheese I add a thin slice of red onion. Both sides of the bread are lathered in garlic butter and put in a skillet.
The sandwhich is served on a plate with some sriracha mayo to dip in and a bowl of tomato soup.
