Something similar happened to me yesterday, except instead of a highway it was a schoolzone. The offender apparently couldn't handle the 1 block of 30 km/h so he swerved into the oncoming lane to pass two vehicles. In the south Calgary suburbs, with a stop sign about 100m ahead. just, why.
