People outraged at the driver in the left hand lane, for 'slowing things up', should look again at the 18 wheeler in the right hand lane. Somewhere up ahead, a driver was clearly passing this truck, and the other drivers were matching the speed of the passing car until they had cleared the left lane. Exactly how you are supposed to behave.

There are an amazing amount of drivers who are incapable of seeing anything on the road other than the car immediately in front of them. I see people tailgating cars on highways almost every day, and in 90% of the cases, there is a reason why the tailgated car is driving at the speed they are. Looking half a km up the road should be enough to calm most of these 'left lane heroes'.

Also being overlooked is that if the Infinity actually passed that truck on the right hand shoulder, that is incredibly dangerous. Most trucks would have difficulty seeing the passing car until they are right on top of them.

Edit : alright, going to check the long video, posted earlier. Thought that they were the same. May be that the BMW drivers weren't clearing the lane, but my overall impression of drivers in the province still stands, IMO.
