If you have an OS install CD, the fix should be fairly easy.

Boot from you cd drive, and do this:
  1. Click Repair your computer.
  2. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, select the drive of your Windows installation, and then click Next.
  3. At the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Repair your computer.
  4. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
  5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Startup Repair.
