Regardless of what you think, the majority of the hockey world refers to an asset as a piece or pieces. So.. I guess you're just going to have to deal with being miserable..
Back on topic, glad Tippet doesn't appear to be on the chopping block. If Arz can add a few more key PIECES they may make it back to the dance.
I can see how ownership is willing or pushing for Mathews while sacrificing a few of those PIECES.
If Toronto maintains control of the #1 overall, would Domi have to be in the fold for that trade? I mean, he's a key PIECE for Arz going forward.
So let's say you have Mathews in playing with Duclair, not only do you sacrifice a young stud like Domi, but you're also giving away another key PIECE in the pick that you could use to pickup another potential franchise PIECE.
