Monahan is awesome and my favourite Flame. I think he's the most important guy on the team going forward, even more important than Gaudreau and Brodie (not by much though). No, he's not Sidney Crosby, not even close, but who cares? Only Crosby is as good as Crosby, and probably McDavid in the next year or two. Outside of those two guys no one is on that level. Monahan is still an awesome player and a great #1 centre. No one should be worried about him.
