It's great that Kylington is playing, but it's less an accomplishment from talent than opportunity. He has a number of things going for him that many don't irrespective of talent
1) Played in the AHL in his 18yo season because he had no junior eligibility restrictions
2) NHL team is out of contention and in evaluation mode
3) AHL team isn't likely to make playoffs
Having said all that, I think he'll soon be one of the best players from the 2015 draft
