Maybe they need the native guy to deal with issues involving native youth, native communities etc..so yeah, okay, he was less qualified than you in the general sense..but maybe he is more qualified than you in terms of the police force having to deal with native communities. Maybe they need some women on the force who can deal with issues of prostitution, domestic abuse, etc...are you more qualified than her in that sense?? Sure you're tougher, stronger, in better shape than the two examples you gave, but there are reasons they hire those other people...its not simply to pick on white guys like you.
