Not really. If they were standing outside of a closed down gas station for hours on end, sure. That's a problem.
They can sit inside the restaurant with staff there just as well as anyone else could.
It's not like they were kicked out and standing on the side of the road waiting for the next bus, they were in a well lit, warm, bus depot style place, where staff were also keeping an eye on them. This is a non-story.
