I just go in the morning before work, best time of the day. My wife works 10s with a big commute so were up around 5:15 every morning, I'm at the gym by 5:45-6 and at work by 7:45-8. Works out perfect.

I just switched to this schedule last August after a lifetime of afternoon/evening weekends and it's been the best gym change I've ever made. I can put so much more energy into my workouts this way.
